Employees who are terminated during their probationary period are generally restricted from making unfurnished dismissal claims. However, line managers typically forget to follow due process and potentially expose themselves and their businesses to general protections and other risks.

The process is very simple, fill out the key details regarding the employee and the reason for their termination in the form below, the On Demand HR team will then get to work reviewing the information you have provided and:

  • Provide advice regarding risk if applicable
  • Provide you with draft email to request meeting with the employee
  • Provide you with the detailed meeting plan that you can follow during your meeting
  • Provide you with a confirmation of termination letter that you can send to the employee
