Employment Contract Request

In an environment of constant legislative change, it is difficult for businesses to ensure that their employment contracts and other onboarding documentation, is sent out and completed in a compliant and efficient manner, to both new and existing employees.  Additionally, constantly evolving technology is making it more difficult to obtain formal acceptance of terms and conditions of employment prior to commencement, due to difficulty in obtaining access to printers and scanners. To assist our members to tackle this problem, we have developed a contract request form where you can request anything from a simple employment contract through to a full blown digital onboarding process managed by On Demand HR.

How It Works

  1. Fill out the form below
  2. The request will be sent to the On Demand HR team who will use all information we have on file, including the Workplace Relations Review, if applicable, to produce a draft employment contract for your review and approval.
  3. Once you have approved the agreement, the final version can be provided to you, or alternatively we can send the contract out to the employee on your behalf for digital signing, before being counter-signed by you and filed.
  4. We can also add additional forms and documents as part of an onboarding pack such as policy & procedure manuals, tax file declaration, super nomination forms as well as any other customised documents you may require.
