1)  Compliance focused training for all employees; and

2)  Combined compliance & professional development training for managers.

For most organisations, we recommend that (at a minimum) all employees complete the following two modules to ensure that certain compliance standards are met, in the event of external claims or government department assessment:

1)  Workplace bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment; and

2)  Use of Social Media
