Employee Pulse Survey Request
Pulse surveys are one of the most effective methods of collecting close to real time feedback from your employees regarding a wide range of issues. The challenge for SME’s however, is that they are challenging and time-consuming to implement. Further, many SMSs are not capable of effectively rolling out regular pulse surveys in a way that delivers meaningful insights for the business, not to mention the time constraints.
To help our members to resolve this problem, On Demand HR has developed and designed a simple method to design and request a pulse survey with On Demand HR responsible for the implementation, as well as reporting on the backend. Here is how it works:
- You make a request using the form below
- On Demand HR will review your request, come back to you with any queries or change suggestions
- On Demand HR will design and produce the survey as well as emailing it out to your employees with a due date for completion
- Following the survey completion date, On Demand HR, will collate and produce a report based on the survey results for your review and analysis
All of this is included as part of your Essential Support membership with On Demand HR and you can use it as many times as you like however our recommendation to avoid survey fatigue is no more than once per quarter.
