• On Demand HR will review your request, come back to you with any queries or change suggestions
• On Demand HR will design and produce the survey as well as emailing it out to your employees with a due date for completion
• Following the survey completion date, On Demand HR, will collate and produce a report based on the survey results for your review and analysis

All of this is included as part of your Essential Support membership with On Demand HR and you can use it as many times as you like however our recommendation to avoid survey fatigue is no more than once per quarter.
