One of the other questions that we often get asked from

00:00:03:07 – 00:00:07:25
our clients is why are we advertising on On Demand

00:00:08:04 – 00:00:12:01
HR’s Seek account instead of if we’re representing the business

00:00:12:01 – 00:00:16:26
and being an advocate of the business, advertising on our clients Seek account.

00:00:16:26 – 00:00:18:13
Why do we do that?

00:00:19:09 – 00:00:22:06
We did used to do our actually advertise from clients accounts

00:00:22:06 – 00:00:24:10
as a user on their individual accounts.

00:00:25:21 – 00:00:28:28
But as we’ve refined our service offerings, the speed of response

00:00:28:28 – 00:00:31:20
came, became much more important than ever before.

00:00:32:10 – 00:00:37:12
The ad is still heavily client branded, so with the exception of one single line

00:00:37:12 – 00:00:39:19
that does have our name under the bottom of the listing.

00:00:41:02 – 00:00:43:02
So look, we decided to implement an applicant

00:00:43:02 – 00:00:46:03
tracking system which has various automated processes.

00:00:46:03 – 00:00:50:10
to ensure the candidates contacted quickly, progressed quickly,

00:00:50:10 – 00:00:53:25
had some sort of engagement with the process very, very early on,

00:00:54:17 – 00:00:57:01
regardless of how their application ends up progressing.

00:00:57:23 – 00:01:00:10
One of the cons of the system is that we do have to advertise

00:01:00:11 – 00:01:01:29
from one Seek account.

00:01:01:29 – 00:01:05:02
It doesn’t allow us to link multiple, but we think the pros

00:01:05:02 – 00:01:08:14
far outweighs that con with using the system.

00:01:08:14 – 00:01:10:07
And we haven’t seen a huge difference

00:01:10:07 – 00:01:12:10
or any difference really in the application of this.

00:01:13:14 – 00:01:13:26
Yeah.

00:01:13:26 – 00:01:16:13
And obviously being behind the scenes

00:01:16:29 – 00:01:20:13
in implementing such a system, it’s made a significant difference

00:01:20:21 – 00:01:25:24
in to the speed in which we can manage multiple campaigns and multiple

00:01:25:24 – 00:01:30:03
obviously candidates per campaign and keep them in the loop

00:01:30:03 – 00:01:34:07
and keep them engaged in the particular recruitment process.

00:01:34:07 – 00:01:38:26
Because again, we keep coming back to a candidates market here.

00:01:39:07 – 00:01:41:25
Candidates are absolutely spilt by choice,

00:01:42:02 – 00:01:45:24
and quite often it’s the business that comes back to them

00:01:45:24 – 00:01:49:07
the quickest that’s going to be able to secure that talent,

00:01:50:01 – 00:01:52:07
even against, you know,

00:01:52:16 – 00:01:55:01
salary or whatever it may be within reason.

00:01:55:16 – 00:01:58:25
It’s going to be the person that keeps them engaged and moves the quickest.

00:01:59:10 – 00:02:02:20
Realistically, the applicant tracking system has

00:02:03:23 – 00:02:07:28
enabled us to deliver lightning speed in terms of engagement

00:02:08:27 – 00:02:12:10
that our clients would not be able to do by themselves.
