One of the other questions that we often get asked from

Why do we do that?

We did used to do our actually advertise from clients accounts

as a user on their individual accounts.

But as we’ve refined our service offerings, the speed of response

came, became much more important than ever before.

The ad is still heavily client branded, so with the exception of one single line

that does have our name under the bottom of the listing.

So look, we decided to implement an applicant

tracking system which has various automated processes.

to ensure the candidates contacted quickly, progressed quickly,

had some sort of engagement with the process very, very early on,

regardless of how their application ends up progressing.

One of the cons of the system is that we do have to advertise

from one Seek account.

It doesn’t allow us to link multiple, but we think the pros

far outweighs that con with using the system.

And we haven’t seen a huge difference

or any difference really in the application of this.

obviously candidates per campaign and keep them in the loop

and keep them engaged in the particular recruitment process.

Because again, we keep coming back to a candidates market here.

Candidates are absolutely spilt by choice,

and quite often it’s the business that comes back to them

the quickest that’s going to be able to secure that talent,

even against, you know,

salary or whatever it may be within reason.

It’s going to be the person that keeps them engaged and moves the quickest.

Realistically, the applicant tracking system has

enabled us to deliver lightning speed in terms of engagement

that our clients would not be able to do by themselves.
