On Demand HR Recruitment Terms

Campaign Success 

On Demand HR (Recruitment Services) offers a “recruitment campaigning service” on a fixed fee basis. Whilst we do our best to ensure each recruitment campaign results in a placement, the success of the recruitment campaign depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:

  • The salary or wage being offered;
  • Perception of your organisations “brand” or offering in the marketplace;
  • Industry category and type of position;
  • Management having realistic expectations of the marketplace;
  • The availability of management to conduct interviews in a timely manner, and to make decisions in a timely manner.

On Demand HR does not provide a “placement guarantee”, because ultimately the success of the campaign is largely dependent on your organisation, and you are also responsible for the final selection decision on candidates, noting that we may provide you with multiple options to choose from (not necessarily one “candidate”).

As part of our fixed fee, if your position is not filled in this initial campaign, On Demand HR will continue to carry out additional campaigns for the same, or similar role, without additional fees. Please note that advertising expenses associated with any campaigns are the responsibility of the client and will be added to your invoice (ie. they are not included in our professional fees).

Campaign Commencement 

Once the proposed advertisement is agreed with your organisation, and is placed as a live advertisement copy, the campaign will be considered commenced. Accordingly, On Demand HR fixed service fee shall be invoiced and is payable (along with any expenses).

Campaign Conclusion

Unless successfully placed or directed otherwise, On Demand HR will continue to shortlist and phone screen applications for the duration of all live advertisements (generally 30 days), and during any additional campaigns as directed, until such time the role is filled or cancelled.  At this stage, except for any remaining reference checks, offer negotiation, contract drafting and pre-employment checks, the campaign will be considered complete.

Substantive Changes to Campaign 

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate modifications to the campaign (if required), should you wish to vary the role significantly from the role originally discussed prior to commencement, the original campaign will be considered concluded, and as such our professional fees payable.

On Demand HR at its discretion may offer to carry out a new campaign at a reduced rate.

Internally & Indirectly Sourced Candidates 

Once a campaign has commenced, should a candidate from any other source such as employee referral fill the vacant position, the agreed campaign fee and associated expenses remain payable in full. As the recruitment approach adopted by On Demand HR is organisation branded and transparent in the marketplace, this may bring results from a variety of sources, and candidates may not necessarily follow the prescribed application process specified.

Expenses 

At all times, the client remains responsible for all expenses incurred by On Demand HR in providing recruitment campaign services including (but not limited to) job board placements and promoted job advertisements. Such expenses will be added to the monthly invoice for the relevant period, or your initial recruitment campaign invoice.

Pricing 

All pricing provided by On Demand HR is exclusive of GST.
